I didn't end up having to contract with these guys, but the experience was solid.  We have a small front office area that lost air, it was already at 90 degrees by the time we even made it to the office.  The guy I spoke to was pretty honest in saying he wasn't sure whether their residential units would hold up for our commercial needs, but said if the other companies didn't get to me quick enough, he would come out and make it work so we could get some cool air finally.  He even offered to come the same day I called after hours, but I told him the next morning would be fine so he wasn't trying to cram us in with his off hours.  We decided just buying an actual machine was the right move for us so we cancelled the appointment (which I felt pretty bad about) but he agreed it was probably the better move for us in the long run anyway.  Just a nice guy all around who seemed to care about the best solution for us rather than what might be the most profitable.
